Job Satisfaction
Overall workers in the food and beverage industry seem to be satisfied with their current jobs, with 44 per cent of respondents saying they will likely be working in the same position in the next two years. In addition, 25 per cent said they anticipated being promoted within the same organization over the next two years, while only 14 per cent saw themselves leaving the company to go to the competition. Six per cent of respondents plan to retire in the next two years, while five per cent predict a change of career.
In all, 70 per cent of respondents said they have flexible working hours, and 35 per cent said they are able to occasionally work from home (an additional 12 per cent said they always work from home).
