In fact, pickled and fermented foods with unique flavours such as sauerkraut, miso, pickles, kombucha and kimchi are appearing in mainstream products.
In response, Comax created the Pickled Paradise range of flavours.
The collection includes six varieties:

• Pickled Ginger and Wasabi
• Pickled Jalapeño
• Pickled Mango
• Pickled Watermelon
The flavours can be used in sauces, marinades, dips, dressings and alcoholic beverages.
