Finèce is a 100 per cent natural flavour enhancer from Greenyard Lutèce Food Ingredients.

The company says Finèce is a natural umami ingredient that can help manufacturers reduce salt. It is directly derived from the cooking juice of mushrooms.

The company offers Finèce MC60, which is 100 per cent mushroom juice evaporated into a concentrate. It’s ideal for liquid fonds, sauces, gravies and soups. At normal dosages its flavour is neutral.

And there’s Finèce MP45, which is a spray-dried flavour enhancer made from mushroom concentrate. It’s ideal for spice mixes, instant soups and ready meals.
