Clarkson Specialty Lecithins achieves SQF Certification

September 5, 2018 – Clarkson Specialty Lecithins (CSL) in Champaign, Ill. announced today it has achieved Food Safety Certification through the Safe Quality Food Institute (SQFI). Internationally recognized by the food industry, this certifies CSL to the SQF Code for Manufacturing, Edition 8, a HACCP-based food safety and quality management system benchmarked by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

Clarkson Specialty Lecithins is the only dedicated specialty lecithin producer in North America, with two U.S.-based processing and production facilities. The company offers a full line of Certified Organic, Kosher, Non-GMO, and Non-Allergen Lecithins, as well as the world’s first Natural Lecithin.
