What opportunities do you see?

“There are definitely opportunities for unique value-added products, especially with ethnic flavours. There are a lot more immigrants coming to Canada and we’re finding there’s more and more of a market, whether it’s Spanish, Ukrainian or Asian. The other area is health related, so new meat products that are low-fat, lowsodium and allergen-free. And we’re in the process of developing some of those as well.”
