Lallemand finalizes acquisition of Evolva

Lallemand completes acquisition of Swiss-based Evolva Holding AG. Evolva focuses on the research, development and commercialization of natural ingredients derived from yeast for applications across the flavours and fragrances, health, ingredients, cosmetics and health protection sectors.
