Arva Flour Mills launches gluten-free line

Arva Flour Mills, Arva, Ont., introduces a gluten-free line. This follows the acquisition of Full of Beans gluten-free brand in January.

“In addition to gluten free all-purpose flour that can be substituted one for one with gluten flour, we will be launching seven gluten-free products like spicy carrot cake mix, bean brownie mix and applesauce and raisin muffin mix,” said Mark Rinker, owner, Arva Flour Mills.

Rinker noted the gluten-free line will be produced and packaged offsite at a dedicated gluten-free facility.

Arva Flour Mills brand includes artisan flour, beer bread mixes, corn bread mix and Red Fife pancake mix.
