KPM Analytics acquires Sightline Process Control Inc.

KPM Analytics announced today that it has acquired Sightline Process Control, Inc, a company specializing in 3D color vision and automated inspection systems that improve product quality, increase line productivity and reduce operating costs across the food production process.

This is KPM’s fifth acquisition since its inception in late 2015.

“Sightline joins the KPM team of food experts at Unity Scientific, AMS Alliance, Process Sensors Corporation (PSC), and CHOPIN Technologies– the perfect complement particularly for our CHOPIN and PSC businesses as we now have a broader offering for our customers in the food industry,” said Chris McIntire, CEO of KPM Analytics. “Sightline provides imaging techniques for food customers such as bakery, snack food, meat and poultry plus many others. Headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada with sales and service in Europe, the business will continue to operate from its HQ in Ottawa with Lawrence as CEO.
