Canada’s largest greenhouse grower expands

Leamington, Ont. – Nature Fresh Farms has announced it will expand by 96 acres beginning next year. In total the greenhouse grower will have more than 225 acres producing a wide range of vegetables, including bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers and eggplant.

The Leamington-based company is North America’s largest greenhouse grower of sweet coloured bell peppers, and is the largest greenhouse grower in Canada.

Nature Fresh Farms recently completed the construction of a new 32-acre, state-of-the-art greenhouse facility dedicated to beefstake tomatoes. The first harvest is expected in mid-February.
