Bakery Congress to showcase latest products

Toronto – The Baking Association of Canada will be hosting the Bakery Congress 2015 Trade Show & Conference at Palais des Congrés de Montreal on May 31 and June 1, 2015.

The long-awaited event will be the platform for baking industry professionals across North America to meet, see touch and taste the newest and greatest products for their businesses.

Opportunities at the Bakery Congress 2015 include a trade show floor over 43,000-sq. ft., multiple educational sessions, networking opportunities, and social activities that will reinforce your existing business relationships and cultivate new ones as well.

Bakery Congress 2015 is the only baking industry trade event in Canada this year, the trade show hours are11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and conference sessions on both days are prior to the show hours.
