More than half of all U.S. crops are in poor condition

Washington, D.C. – The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has confirmed that 59 per cent of U.S. pastures are in poor or very poor condition. That compares to 38 per cent of crops in poor condition at this time last year.

Meanwhile, 39 per cent of the soybean crop is in poor condition, with just 29 per cent forecast as in good or excellent condition.
