How did your family background in food help with the success of Crofters?

It also made me believe in a movement toward ‘back to basics in food’ and ‘keeping it simple.’”

“I love the diversity. From production to research and marketing, my days are never boring. At the same time, the same elements that I love are also the most challenging.”

“Sourcing of organic raw materials and having organic food items on every household’s shopping list.”
