Canadian chef Jo Notkin launches Jo’s BBQ Baking Mixes

Canadian chef and Top Chef Canada season eight contestant Jo Notkin launches Jo’s BBQ Baking Mixes, a line of baking mixes specifically designed to be used on a gas BBQ.

“Canadians have been cooped up all winter ,so I decided to create a line of baking mixes that would allow people to bake delicious food and treats outdoors – the BBQ isn’t just for meat and veggies anymore,” said Jo Notkin. “Lots of people have taken up (or increased their) baking during the pandemic, and with my new BBQ Baking Mix line, they won’t have to give up that up because they’d prefer to be outside soaking up the sunshine.”
