Provisur Technologies acquires Hoegger AG

Chicago—Provisur Technologies, Inc., a global leader in innovative food processing technologies has announced it has acquired Hoegger AG, a privately-held leading provider of form pressing, separation and cook & chill equipment. Based in Flawil, Switzerland, Hoegger serves leading food processors globally.
