Food, Health & Consumer Products of Canada (FHCP) makes changes to senior executive leadership team.
Errol Cerit has been promoted to executive vice-president, industry, government relations and membership development. In his new role, Cerit will assume responsibility for government relations and communications. Cerit will be taking on the development of FHCP’s new three-year strategic plan, and will continue to lead industry affairs, supply chain, membership development and events.
Michi Furuya Chang has been promoted to executive vice president, public policy, regulatory affairs and head of divisional strategy. In her new role, Chang will assume strategic and operational oversight of the Plant Based Foods of Canada division of FHCP, while looking to future opportunities to promote regulatory modernization to enable growth and innovation within the industry. Chang will continue to lead policy and regulatory affairs for food, consumer goods and sustainability.
