Cardinal Meats expands facility to meet growing demand

Cardinal Meats Specialists, a Canadian family-owned business in the protein processing industry, expands its head office and main production facility in Brampton, Ont.

As Cardinal experiences significant growth driven by customer demand, especially for its fully cooked line of safe sous vide products, 33,000-sf was added to the existing 89,000-sf facility. The new plant now boasts a total area of 122,000-sf.
