TORONTO—HOLOS, the Canadian company dedicated to changing the way Canadians think about and consume breakfast, has officially launched its Super-Breakfast, an organic, vegan, gluten-free and nutrient-rich morning fuel nationwide. And its available with the click of a button and delivered right to your door.

With 65 per cent of Canadians choosing health as their key driver when choosing breakfast foods (Nielsen, 2018), HOLOS offers “overnight muesli”; a powerful blend of organic whole grains, nuts, seeds, spices and dried fruits. The company’s Super-Breakfast is easy to make, perfect for on-the-go consumption, and conveniently delivered right to customers’ doors to suit the needs of the modern, active Canadian.

“Breakfast has been neglected for far too long, and it is our mission to elevate its standard for all Canadians,” said HOLOS co-founder and director of brand and marketing Sam Scofy, who spent two years developing and perfecting the Super-Breakfast formula with co-founder and director of innovation and operations Christophe Contant.

“We wanted to make a breakfast with absolutely no compromise. With our Super-Breakfast, we’re providing a balance of nutrition, health, convenience, and taste,” said Contant. “Whether you’re an entrepreneur, a corporate executive, an athlete or a stay-at-home parent, your first meal ultimately sets your intention for the rest of the day, so it should be a good one.”

The HOLOS Super-Breakfast is prepared by simply adding your preferred plant-based milk into a jar or container with a pouch of HOLOS and leaving the mixture to soak overnight. By morning, your breakfast is ready to eat and easy to digest, as the ancient method of soaking oats, nuts and seeds makes the nutrients more assimilable.

HOLOS can be personalized by adding fresh fruit, yoghurt or other toppings. Each pouch contains 20g of plant-based protein, 12g of fibre, 15 vitamins and minerals, 2g of omega-3 and one billion probiotic CFUs that will sustain you until lunch and provide energy all day long.

HOLOS is supported by the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) and the Futurpreneur program. The company also ran a successful crowdfunding campaign and was one of only 12 companies chosen to showcase its innovative product to international media at the 2018 G7 Canada Summit.

HOLOS is available for purchase at, and comes in four flavours: vanilla, maple + peanuts, cocoa, and chai. All orders are shipped direct-to-consumer and customers can choose from a commitment-free monthly subscription, a one-time purchase, or simply start with a tasting kit. All first-time orders include a perfectly proportioned HOLOS jar.
