Toronto’s PLANTA is growing its collection of plant-based dining experiences helmed by founder & CEO Steven Salm and co-founder and Executive Chef David Lee. By summer, PLANTA Restaurants will have ten concepts across the U.S. and Canada with forth-coming openings slated for West Palm Beach, NYC and Bethesda.
The firm also now offers PLANTA at Home, shipping their frozen vegan favorites across all of Canada.
In Toronto, they have four concepts including PLANTA, PLANTA Queen, PLANTA Burger and PLANTA Cocina. The patios at PLANTA Cocina and PLANTA Yorkville are now open and this weekend, offer a passover special live at the restaurants and via nationwide shipping.
