Omega-3 benefits without a negative impact on cost or taste
Cargill’s new IngreVita offers manufacturers seamless incorporation into their operations and consumers get EPA and DHA omega-3s

Minneapolis, Minn. – Cargill Inc. has introduced a new oil blend called IngreVita.
IngreVita is a blend of high oleic canola oil, fish oil and proprietary antioxidants. It delivers long-chain omega-3s (EPA and DHA).
Cargill says because the product is similar to canola oil, it’s easy-to-use, offers good shelf stability and does not introduce off-flavours. It can also boost the nutritional benefits of food products.
IngreVita is well suited for use in bread, dairy products, meal replacement beverages, dressings, sauces, spreads and crackers.
