Our Guaranteed Service delivers your shipment on the specified day by 5 p.m. Or tell us when you need it there, and our On Demand Service gives you a time-specific delivery promise—either inside or outside of Old Dominion’s normal transit times. Plus, you’ll get an accurate estimate so there are no surprises with the cost of the service.
With either option, if OD fails to meet its delivery promise, your shipping charges will revert to standard LTL rates.
