That was just one of the samples on hand at Continental Ingredients’ booth at Bakery Congress 2015 in Montreal in May.
Other samples showcasing what the company can do for clients included Tuscan Herb Naan Crisps and Salted Caramel Vanilla Chocolate Scuffins.
The company offers a full line of ingredients to impart different flavours and textures to foods.
The company offers three main product lines:
• Well Seasoned Snack Seasoning and Savoury Blends, which includes savoury, soup and seasoning mixes and snack seasonings, dip and cheese shred flavourings, sauces, rubs and marinades, and soup and gravy bases
• Continental Cuisine, which includes food and beverage bases, drink crystals, rim trim, chocolate drink powders, bar mixes and milkshake mixes
• Good For You!, which includes health and wellness products.
The company also offers a range of technical services, such as research and development. The team can help clients with all facets of product development. Other services include quality and control. Continental Ingredients will test all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished product to ensure products are safe and high quality.
