Aliments ED Foods has launched LUDA PRO: a new signature line designed specifically with the needs of processors and foodservice companies in mind. Featuring clean label products that are flavourful, simple and efficient to use while only containing essential ingredients, the LUDA PRO line contains five products: three concentrated pastes and two concentrated bases. The pastes are available in three flavours: Beef, Chicken and Vegetable. The bases are available in both Chicken and Vegetable flavour. LUDA PRO products have no declarable allergens and are certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Program, and all products contain no more than 480 mg of sodium. www.ed.ca
