Frutarom launches Incaberrix superberry formulations

Frutarom Health BU has launched its new Incaberrix superberry ingredient formulations for confectionary products. Incaberrix is an all-natural ingredient sourced from Inca golden berries, the ancient Andean physalis fruit (Physalis peruviana). It brings together the health benefits of superfruits with that exotic sweet-and-sour flavour that’s so popular these days.
