Lisbon, Portugal – Allma, a microalgae supplier, has launched Chlorella Crunches.

Chlorella Crunches blend rice cereals with sun-grown Chlorella vulgaris powder to create a ChlorellaCrunches200x133natural and nutritious crispy snack and ingredient solution.

The company says Chlorella Crunches come in a range of sizes, shapes and flavours and with varying concentrations of Chlorella.

They can be eaten alone or included in a salty snack mix. They can also be used in yogurts, breakfast cereals, snack bars, soups, salads and many more product.

Allma’s sun-grown Chlorella is a 100 per cent vegetable source of protein that includes all nine essential amino acids. It also contains significant levels of omega 3 and 6 oils, complex carbohydrates, phytonutrients including lutein, beta-carotene, chlorophyll and zeaxanthin, and a wide spectrum of vitamins and minerals. It is also free of GMOs, gluten and all major allergens.
