Aliments ED Foods reintroduces LUDA Inspiration

Pointe-Claire, Que.-based Aliments ED Foods has revamped and relaunched LUDA Inspiration, a complete family of dehydrated products available to the food industry. All LUDA Inspiration products, including the four new recipes – Gluten-Free Demi-Glace, No MSG Hollandaise, Gluten-Free Culinary Cream Base and Gluten-Free Culinary Tomato Base – have been expertly crafted to be versatile, simple-to-prepare, and most importantly, an ideal complement and final touch to any outstanding meal.
