Coca-Cola to launch cannabis drinks?

It seems as though consumers may one day soon really “have a Coke and a smile”, to borrow from one of Coca-Cola’s old advertising lines.

According to a report from Bloomberg, Coca-Cola is discussing launching a cannabis-infused drink.

In discussions with Aurora Cannabis, the beverage would be infused with CBD (cannabidiol), and would only provide medicinal benefits such as muscle cramping. There would be no corresponding “high” or “buzz”.
