
Gloves offer worker safety

Iselin, N.J. – Ansell has added to its VersaTouch brand of versatile hand protection and apparel solutions for the food processing industry.
The VersaTouch 74-730 and 74-731 cut resistant gloves, feature Polar Bear Cut Resistant Technology, which uses advanced material science and proprietary spinning and knitting processes to deliver enhanced cut protection without sacrificing comfort.
The gloves also incorporate Ansell’s patented knitted variable stitch design (KVSD) used to reduce hand fatigue as well as advanced fibre technology to manage moisture and hand temperature.
The VersaTouch 74-732 sleeve is designed with an engineered yarn that includes Dyneema, a high-performance synthetic fibre that can provide ANSI Level 4 cut resistance. The sleeve is also designed with a wider opening than existing sleeves, allowing for easier donning, improved mobility and a more relaxed fit.
