The Canadian Seafood Show fast approaching – October 27 & 28 in Montreal

The Canadian Seafood Show will be held at the end of October in Montreal. It has the distinction of being Canadian’s first seafood show.

This edition will show off Canada’s seafood industry  to the world.

The international component provides an opportunity for Canadian buyers  to meet with suppliers from visiting countries and discover new products and new flavours. Technology will be showcase  with a section reserved for packaging, weighing and processing equipment etc.

Informative sessions will be offered on subjects including  sustainability and eco-responsible fishing, stock renewal and traceability.
