New ‘biological solutions’ from Univar Solutions and Novozymes for health and sustainability

Univar Solutions, a global chemical and ingredient distributor and provider of value-added services, and Novozymes, the world leader in biological solutions, has expanded their partnership into the United States and Canadian food ingredients marketsm starting May 1. Working together in the bakery, dairy, animal protein, and plant-based food and beverage markets, they will provide a leading, innovative food ingredient portfolio that includes enzymes and microbial process aids. They are designed to help improve product performance and offer potential options for bringing more sustainable, higher-quality products to market.
