Vancouver holding company hopes to accelerate Expresco’s growth


Vancouver, B.C. – Premium Brands Holdings Corp. has announced that it has acquired a majority interest in Montreal, Que.-based Expresco Foods Inc.

 

Expresco Foods manufactures high-quality grilled protein products for foodservice and retail, under the West End brand. The company has annual sales of approximately $50 million, and a 44,000-sq.-ft. processing facility in Montreal.

Founded in 1987, Expresco has recently seen substantial growth as its products continue to meet consumer demand for convenient, healthy and flavourful protein solutions.
