New marketing campaign includes online product giveaway
Toronto, Ont. – Dr Pepper Canada launched its new advertising campaign this week, highlighting the originality of both the brand and its fans.
As part of the campaign kickoff, and to celebrate leap year, brand owner Canada Dry Mott’s offered fans of the beverage free product through Facebook on Feb. 29. In just two hours more than 2,323 bottles of Dr Pepper were given out, while the brand’s Facebook fan count grew by 10,000 by the end of the day.
As part of the new campaign, TV commercials will feature Dr Pepper fans proclaiming their originality.
