Barentz acquires Pestell Nutrition

Barentz has successfully completed the acquisition of Pestell Nutrition and its U.S. affiliate, Origination, LLC. The transaction officially closed on July 30, 2021.

Headquartered in New Hamburg, Ont., Pestell Nutrition is the distributor of feed additives, nutritional ingredients, macro and trace minerals, and pet specialty ingredients for the animal health, animal nutrition, and pet food sectors across North America.
