Lenexa, Kansas – At IPPE 2013 (the International Production & Processing Expo) in Atlanta, Ga., Marel Inc. will unveil its most advanced and largest linear press meat harvester: the ProTEN, Master of Yield & Capacity.

The ProTEN is the latest addition to Marel’s range and the most advanced meat harvester to date.

The company says that not only does the ProTEN offer the highest capacity in the world (up to 10,500 pounds of input per hour), but it is also the most flexible and adaptable meat harvesting system.

The ProTEN is capable of producing either finely or coarsely structured meat and always offers the highest possible yield. No other system on the market provides this flexibility and efficiency.

The ProTEN will be showcased at booth #4029 and #4023 at IPPE 2013 from Jan. 29-31.
