CEM’s new SPRINT Rapid Protein Analyzer provides results in two minutes that are equal to or more accurate than Kjeldahl, without harsh chemicals or high temperatures.

The compact and remarkably easy-to-use system uses CEM’s proprietary iTAG protein-tagging technology, which “tags” only the protein in a sample for analysis.

Unlike Kjeldahl or combustion methods, SPRINT is not affected by non-protein sources of nitrogen, so you can be sure of the protein content of your ingredients. 

SPRINT is self-cleaning for hassle-free maintenance and uses an AOAC- and AACC-approved method that is non-toxic.
