The system offers fully automatic detection and rejection of metallic contaminants from the product stream without process interruption.

The Quicktron offers an open framework with round reject mechanism without critical edges, avoiding dust and dirt settlement.

All of its product-contacting parts are made from food-grade materials such as Stainless Steel, PP, Silicone and Teflon.

The system is suitable for all applications and throughputs. Its round apertures are available from 50 mm to 300 mm diameter (two to 12 inches). Standard round, optionally other diameters are available as required.
