WeighPack Systems’ Vertek series of vertical form, fill, and seal baggers offer a range of speed, bag widths and bag types.
The company says the simple design of the Vertek baggers make them easy to set-up, operate and maintain. Polyethylene and laminate materials can be run on the Vertek series and all models are designed for low cost of maintenance using off-the-shelf parts and interface easily with auxiliary equipment.
The Vertek series of baggers include the Vertek Junior, 750, 1150, 1600, & 2400. Vertek Junior can run at speeds up to 70 cpm with bag widths up to 5.5 inches and bag lengths up to eith inches. Vertek 2400 can run at speeds up to 20 cpm with bag widths of 16 to 24 inches and bag lengths of nine to 36 inches.
Vertek VFS baggers are suitable for a range of applications including: nuts, snacks, candy, coffee, fresh and frozen foods, pasta, cheese, liquids, pharmaceuticals, and hardware.
