Facilities Maintenance Multivac Inc.Multivac is enhancing its tray sealer models for better performance
Kansas City, Mo. – Multivac Inc. has added new options to its automatic tray sealer models.
The company says it is equipping its T 700, T 800 and T 850 automatic tray sealer models with dies that have greater lengths and widths.
The aim is to increase the performance of these tray sealers in relation to the number of packs per cycle.
Multivac says users can better find a model that is sized and priced to suit their individual needs and budgets.
The company says its S and XS models can also be equipped with the Smart Sealing technology for simple sealing applications without modified atmosphere. This innovative die concept has been available since the beginning of 2011. With this concept, Multivac says cycle output has significantly improved.
With optimized machine sequences and new die technology, it has been possible to significantly improve the process speed and the output per cycle. The costs of running the machine as well as resource consumption are reduced considerably by the new machine concept.
