Ultimate maple cookie

While Canada celebrated its 150^th birthday this year, Dare Foods is celebrating its 125^th year.

In a statement the Kitchener, Ont.-based cookie and cracker manufacturer says it commemorated the occasion by launching a limited-edition batch of its Ultimate Maple Crème cookies.

The cookies are made with real maple syrup from a tree in Saint-Sophie-d’Halifax, Que. that is as old as the company.
