Specialty butters

Lactantia has added several new products to its butter portfolio: Lactantia European Style Butter and two new flavoured butters. The European Style Butter replicates the distinct flavour of European butter, which contains less moisture than regular butter. The new butter is churned to two-per-cent higher fat, which creates a smoother, creamier texture in cooking and baking. Lactantia, a Parmalat brand, also launches two exciting new flavours: savoury Tomato Basil Butter and sweet Maple Butter. Both butters are ideal for cooking and baking, or as a spread.
