Liberté Dairy-Free is plant-based product

March 5, 2020, Montreal, Que. – Liberté has announced its newest taste obsession, Liberté Dairy-Free, the company’s first plant-based offer, made with coconut for a thick and creamy texture.

Why a plant-based offer at Liberté?

“Well, we heard the vegans, we heard the flexitarians, we heard the Canadians and we saw the growing demand for a Liberté plant-based offer,” the company said in a statement. “Actually, we saw it quite a while ago, but we didn’t want to rush.

“True to ourselves, we wanted to take our time to create something simple and up to our standards. So we took our sweet, smooth, sumptuous time perfecting our new offering. Because this is how beautiful things are made.”

The product is available in three flavours: plain, vanilla and raspberry.

The product is made with coconut and paired with carefully selected fruits, for a creamy texture and taste. It is available in grocery stores at the suggested price of $6.49.

Liberté was founded in Montréal in 1936.
