The three new flavours are Pollo Boscaiola (fragrant and mild), Pollo Memphis (robust and smoky) and Pollo Argentino (Chimichurri with a touch of heat).

The entire line now consists of eight tantalizing flavours. Each entrée includes a deboned and skinned free-range organic chicken thigh from Beretta Family Organic Farms of Toronto, seasoned with a specialty blend of spices and herbs from Malabar Superspice in Burlington, Ont., and prepared sous-vide to lock in moisture and nutrition; half 592e9678-c6cc-4357-85e8-b18d59b6a660a cup of cooked non-GMO, organic Ontario pearl barley; and one cup of raw, frozen-from-field, organic Ontario baby kale or spinach.  All that’s required to prepare a füdi entrée is to place it in boiling water. The dinners go from freezer to plate in 15 minutes.

According to Maurizio Racco, founder of DMR Foods, “füdi is continuing the centuries-old Toronto tradition of bringing old world flavours home – wherever home may be.” www.fudi.ca
