Felicetti pasta features organic farro, kamut and durum strains of grain that have been carefully chosen to work well in pasta, giving each of its varieties Canada's kamutsuberb texture, taste and nutritional qualities. The grains, which are ground daily, are mixed with Dolomite Mountain spring water, with special permission from the Italian government to use this UNESCO site. With 11 different varieties of pasta in 200 shapes, Felicetti is certified organic and kosher.
