The Research Chefs Association is holding a Culinology event on March 4 during the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association tradeshow


Toronto – The Research Chefs Association (RCA) is presenting its Culinology in Canada at the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association’s (CRFA) annual trade show.

The CRFA show runs March 4-6, 2012 in Toronto at the Direct Energy Centre.

The RCA networking and information event takes place at the Café Soleil at the Direct Energy Centre on March 4 from 6 p.m.-8:30 p.m.

RCA members and food industry professionals are invited to join fellow foodies and enjoy cocktails and networking after the first day of the CRFA show.

Guests can learn more about Certified Research Chefs and Certified Culinary Scientists certifications as they mingle with other industry professionals and explore the benefits of joining the organization.

Free admission to the CRFA show will be provided for all pre-registered guests. Guests will receive the promo code once their registration is confirmed.

The fee for the event is $20 for RCA members who pre-register, $30 for non-members, and students are free. A $5 fee will be added to all those who register on site.
