Portland, Conn. – Standard-Knapp has introduced its PakMore continuous case packer.
The company says the PakMore is faster and smoother for packaging bottles in a variety of sectors such as soft drink, beer, wine and other foods.
The PakMore is a high-speed, low maintenance process that can yield greater efficiency than traditional case packers.
The PakMore uses Standard-Knapp’s pressureless Zero-Gap Infeed for smooth bottle laning. It can pack up to 75 cases per minute and can greatly reduce costs.
The PakMore is designed to maximize placement accuracy and minimize bottle damage and uses a dual-axis servo grouper and gripper heads to pick up bottles and safely lower them into the case.
