A new product called Novation Indulge offers yogurt manufacturers a way to deliver indulgent texture

Bridgewater, N.J. – Corn Products International/National Starch Food Innovation has launched Novation Indulge 3340 texture system.

Novation Indulge 3340 is a clean-label texture system that can deliver an indulgent, thick and creamy, gelled texture in cultured dairy products.

The company says it can allow dairy product manufacturers to produce a range of healthy and indulgent dairy products on conventional stirred yogurt equipment. It can also help reduce production time and costs.

The company says Novation Indulge 3340 texture system is ideal for use in indulgent dairy desserts as well as fermented dairy products such as yogurt and sour cream. It is resistant to high temperature, high clear and low pH, and is also characterized as having good cold temperature stability and providing a smooth, creamy texture.
