Environmental concerns
To address increasing environmental concerns regarding single-use plastic packages, the new netting is programmed to have a reduced lifetime compared to standard plastic netting.
It’s recyclable, non-toxic and harmless to humans, animals and plant life, leaving no harmful residues in the environment.
FlavorSeal Netting provides consumers with the same useful life as conventional plastic netting with no loss in properties, but then degrades faster after disposal.
Costs are similar to conventional plastic netting. And switching to FlavorSeal does not require any changes to packaging processes.
