The solutions feature fully integrated portioning, grinding, check weighing and loading for reliable high-
speed automation.
Both solutions also feature a Handtmann Communication Unit that uses data from the inline check weigher to monitor each portion’s accuracy and then adjust the following portion with two-gram accuracy back to the reference standard, assuring perfect package-by-package weight and virtually eliminating rework.
Handtmann’s rugged inline solution for minced meat and poultry products delivers continuous product flow at 120 trays/minute with 100 per cent control by reference weighing each portion. The system operates with up to 99%+ weight accuracy at all speeds and features precise loading with exact synchronization of portions and trays with fast format changes and hygienic design for easy service and cleaning access.
