Toppings might include ancient grains, sprouted grains and ethnic flavours. But these manufacturers are often limited in their ability of keeping these surface particulates affixed to their products during manufacturing and shipping, which can result in huge losses.

Add-Here CSA is a cold-water soluble hydrocolloid system that easily disperses, quickly hydrates, and can be efficiently applied. Add-Here 4300P is the natural version of Add-Here CSA.

Add-Here CSA allows for a reduction in the amount of particulates initially applied while still maintaining the desired outcome. Manufacturers can gain up to 40 per cent more particulates on finished products by using Add-Here CSA.
