TIC Gums Inc. offers a product that can help beverage manufacturers produce stable beverages even with complex formulations.

The company says Ticaloid PRO 192 AGD stabilizes dairy-based protein beverages and provides manufacturers with clean label options.

Ticaloid PRO 192 AGD “suppresses gelatin that is commonly seen in dairy based protein beverages over time,” says the company.

The product also provides the added benefit of emulsification “allowing formulators to remove lecithin typically used as an emulsifier in heat processed beverages.”

There’s also Ticaloid PRO 192 AGD High Viscosity, says the company, which allows manufacturers to create a higher viscosity and more decadent meal replacement with protein, minerals, vitamins and fat.

Neither product contains sugar and are both suitable for sugar-free beverages.
