NEW Online training for GMPs

The Guelph Food Technology Centre’s (GFTC) new GMP Online Refresher Training provides an interactive alternative to traditional GMP refresher courses.

Designed for workers with previous food safety knowledge and training, this course allows users to progress at their own pace, apply knowledge and focus on the gaps in their learning.

The program tests users through a series of six scenario-based modules that include challenges and quizzes, as well as printable information resources. Upon successful completion of the course, an electronic date-stamped certificate is generated for easy printing. Estimated time to complete is two hours.

Companies can follow each user’s progress and generate reports for continued workforce improvement initiatives. The course also meets the yearly training requirement for most food safety standards, and the built-in learner management system allows for formalized documentation.
